I resolve to really try my best to get the comic up and running this year. I already bought a domain and I have am learning to use Paint.net and everything.
Sorry I haven't been around a lot. A lot of time is going into my newest blog, http://snailmailaddict.blogspot.com
The parents (in-laws included) are happy to see me try to get the site up. They see it as me trying to make my own job in a time when no one's hiring. I don't think the site will make any money. If we're lucky it will break even, but I am glad they are not asking me if I get a job every five seconds.
I am still planning on looking for a job. I need to get out of the house and meet people. 'Cause, to be quite honest, this is day 17 and it's quite boring.
I try to get out and walk Peach, but when the weather cooperates she is perfectly horrid and tugs on the leash so hard I am honestly afraid she is going to hurt her throat. I might try a harness or something. I have never had a dog so hard to train as her. She is very stubborn and seems to have selective hearing. -.-

There was only a little more snow today. UPS finally delivered. People seemed to have an easier time of getting around. I stayed in, though. I was busy.
I cleaned out the fridge. It looks so empty now! I have enough food to last prolly a week, but it sure doesn't look like it.
Did another load of laundry.
Made a pizza. I did something wrong, though...the crust was all soft and not cooked right. Still tasted good, though.
Played a silly Wii game I picked up for cheap a while ago, Spy Fox: Dry Cereal. Evil goats have stolen all the cows and now there's no milk for cereal! Oh noes! Didn't get to far. Was cute, but a horrible game. I'll prolly beat it, then sell it back. =DP Is prolly only worth 50 cents.
Am having troubles being scared of imaginary things at night, but am not freaking out too badly. Trying really hard not to freak all the way, lest I can't stop. o.o Irrational, I know...but it's kay.
Got all three goals for yesterday! Woot!

I started out fully intending to do my chores after I was done with my daily computer stuff. I was really, really ready to do it. I got distracted, though. I found another mail site: www.sendsomething.net So I wrote a few letters.

Jerome called. He seems happy and healthy. He's going though some training. He says he bought me post cards! ^.^
Can't say 'Daddy' in front of Peach, though...she will race to the door and wait. I wonder how long she will do that? Will she forget him?
After it gets dark, I have minor freak outs over being alone. No chores get done at night right now.
We watched Jepoardy and a Futurama marathon thing. Peach enjoys the couch.
Came back up to the office and made the mistake of checking the weather. The storm warnings say 6-12 inches of snow by Sunday. Well, that freaked me out. I was having a mini-panic attack and everyone was gone. So, I thought a podcast might help calm me, buuut it turned out that episode was about eating bugs and the guy opened with a story about spiders hatching in his wife's mouth! EWWWW!!! I turned that off.

So, I got up and got all the way dressed and fed Peach, then put her in her sweater, and let her outside. She peed a hole in the snow, then went to another area of the yard and proceeded to start eating the snow. I let her keep eating until she wanted to come inside. I was busy looking at the huge snowflakes falling down, anyway.
We went in and I did my internet stuff, then decided to go to the Commissary before the snow could get too much worse...so I bundled all the way up, and walked to the Commissary. ...except when I got there it was closed due to weather! I don't think it was that bad.
I reealy needed dog food, though, so I went to the PX. They didn't have her brand, but I tried to get the closest one. I snagged a pair of knit gloves while I was there, 'cause I don't have any. And some more snacks, since it looked like I won't be getting real food for a few days. =D/
Then I ran home and was pretty cold by the time I got back. I gave Peach some lunch, then let her out once more, then got out of those wet clothes....and pretty much hid inside the rest of the day.
So, out of those goals I set yesterday, I only did two. Let's try again...

I think will be an indoor day tomorrow, so maybe those chores will look kinda fun, 'cuse sitting on the computer all day makes me antsy.

Aside from some booms waking Peach and I up very early and throwing off our whole day, it's not so bad so far.
Mainly spent the day catching up on podcasts. Anyone have good podcasts I should check out?
I ate when I was hungry and everything. True, I only ate a Fiber One bar, some beef jerky, some Cheez-Its, and a Twix...but is better than nothing at all.
I got a lot of phone calls, which I enjoyed for the most part. Everyone's making sure we're alright. The calls gave me time to play with Peach...who is a little upset. She's a little rambunctious today, I think because the boys aren't around to play rough with her...so we played fetch a lot...and she still wants to play.
My goals for the next 24 hours are:
-go to the Commissary
-clean kitchen
-start laundry
-throw out all the house trash
-walk Peach
-eat real food
